Are you ready? 

Today we're going to continue working on Unit 8.1. So, open your Student's Book on page 107.

1. GRAMMAR. 
We're going to start this lesson by revising some grammar. Do you remember Second Conditional sentences? OK, the idea is to revise all the rules about this topic. First of all, watch the video below. It's very clear! 

You can also revise the theory on the Reference page (117). 
Now, look at the Active Grammar box on page 107, read the instruction and complete the exercise. 

Complete exercises 5 and 6 on the same page. (Send your answers to exercise 6 via e-mail ✉️).

2. VOCABULARY. Words to describe cities. 
Read the words/phrases in the box and make sure you understand what they mean (use the dictionary if necessary ➡️Wordreference). Complete the exercise. 

3. LISTENING. 
Now, you have to listen to two people talking about two cities, and complete exercises a, b and c. (Click here for the ➡️audio). 

4. WRITING. 
Now, you're going to write something about your town/city. Read the instruction in exercise 10 and the "How to...?" box. Make notes about the headings so as to write a short text about your town/city. Send your text via e-mail 🖂.
