1.VOCABULARY

Read the vocabulary in the box to your left and complete the chart with those words.

3.LISTENING

Listen several times to this audio. First try to answer exercise B on Page 84 and then on Page 85 do exercise C.

4.WRITING

Do exercises C based on the film review about James Bond´s movie and D (This is about a review of another movie, not the 007 exactly) but imagine the structure. 
Don´t do exercise E but read the writing tips on the bottom.

Workbook exercises will be the main topic for next class so don´t work on them yet.

First, read both articles about Cirque Du Soleil and the Harlem Globetrotters. Then answer exercises A and C.

Exercise D is about the texts you have read. Match 1-5 with a-g.

2.VOCABULARY

Match the Phrasal Verbs with their meanings.

3.GRAMMAR

A new tense shows up so be careful. It´s Present Perfect Continuous. Naturally, you will have an extra file explaining how it works.

4.PRACTICE

Once you have finished reading the theory about this new tense complete this exercise. Either choose P.P.S or P.P.C

Exercise C is about rewriting the sentences to avoid repetition.

First, open your Student Book on Page 78 !!!

1.READING

Read the text on exercise B and with that information fill the blanks in exercise C.

In exercise D scan the text to look for the word or phrase needed.

2.VOCABULARY

With the new vocabulary earn in Reading part, you have to match the nouns to form a compound noun

3.Be extra careful now, there is some extra grammar files and charts to understand the First Conditional.

About if and when, check this out:

If means possibility (If= si en castellano)

I´ll go skiing if it snows (Ire a esquiar si nieva)

(esta sujeta la accion a que nieve y aun asi no se sabe si el sujeto cumplira la accion)

First, open your Student Book on Page 74 !!!

First, read this article about Emergency telephones and ,then, do exercise C.

In Module 6A, read the dialogue in B and answer the questions in C. Scan for words that you don´t know.

2.Take a look at the pictures and complete with the 3 verbs in the box.

Exercise B is about using only one verb (play, go, do) with the activities to your right. Mark it with a cross.

3.Check the theory, besides, there is some grammar about it in Google Classroom.

This is an important class, use everything we have seen so far. Use the theory I sent you and the vocabulary you learnt.

In page 73, only do Communication and Listening Section.

Remember to do Round Up in Workbook as well.

Hi everybody! It´s time for the 4^th Class.

First, open your Student Book on Page 70 !!!

1.Read the 7 sentences and from context try to guess if the expression in bold means surpise, embarrass or annoy (sorpresa, verguenza o molestia).

2.Listen 3 times to the audio and do exercise C writing True or False.

3.Despite being a Speaking, check the words below the pictures. They are important for Vocabulary.

4.For the writing task read the text first and then answer exercise C. Then take into account the tips below and as homework do exercise D (send it by mail)

·       WORKBOOK: do everything in Module 5E and send it to my mail.

Hi everybody! It´s time for the 3^rd Class.

First, open your Student Book on Page 66 !!!

1.Read and without a dictionary try to guess the meaning of the worlds, they are quite clear. Anyway, I will give you the answers in the 3^rd Class Answers file.

2.The grammar part introduce “had better” as another way of giving advice. There is also an extra file to explain the differences with Should. Read the dialogues to see if you can solve the exercise to your right (True or False).

3.Rewrite the sentences using the words in brackets. Apply what you have learnt about should and had better.

4.Listen to the audio file to answer exercise C.

5.Exercise 5 can´t be done at the moment but take a look at the task and the options you have to ask or answer.

6.First read carefully both texts (The one on top is somebody asking for advice and below it´s about a doctor giving advice).

Then only answer exercise C on your left. Answers are like the rest in 3^rd Class Answers file.

Finally and more difficult, you have to solve exercise D. Read the tips on how to write about this topic and as homework you are going to send an email asking for advice and you will send to my mail (adetcheves@ulp.edu.ar)

Now, take a break and then continue with Module 5D !!!

1.Read the article and then answer exercise C. Look up in the dictionary for any word that you don´t know.

In Exercise D, you have a concept … in the previous text you have the words whose concepts are. There are some hints about in which paragraph they are located.

2.Complete with the words, they are quite similar. In 3^rd Class Answers you will find the explanation.

3.Now, read the dialogues carefully. This is one of the most important topics in this level. Active voice is what we´ve been using, you have to learn to use Passive Voice now.

There is an extra file to explain this.

4.After reading the theory you have to answer this exercise. Only used Passive Voice (Present or Past).

5.Don´t do anything here, that´s enough.
