B.You have to rewrite (tienen que decir lo mismo reescribiendo parte de la oracion) using the word/s in brackets. Is not an easy exercise but is an important one.

C.Answers using the structure you have, be careful that can be in P.S or P.P.S. I can give you several hints (before,already,last weekend,for,since,two years ago: with those you can easily identified when to use one tense or the other)
