These are the lessons and objectives for this week!
It's very important that you watch the videos I uploaded to the Drive, otherwise this blog is worthless.
First of all, we are going to study Present Perfect in contrast with Past Simple. It's super recommendable that as you do the exercises, you watch the video.
Homework 1: You're going to watch a short film about siblings. After you watch it, answer the questions and complete the phrases with your ideas and impressions.
Answer:
1 .
Have you got any brothers or sisters?
What’s the biggest thing you have done for them or they have done for you?
2 .
Why does Joe’s wife react the way she
does?
3 .
What does Charlie mean when he says
“it’s gonna be alright”?
4 .
Why is the film titled Inseparable?
5 .
Does the film have a message?
6 .
How does the film make you feel?
7 .
Do you know any story, real or
fiction, in which siblings have done a big important thing for each other?
Complete the lines in relation to the
film:
• I liked …
• It reminded me of …
• I felt
confused/excited/surprised/unhappy/frightened when …

We revised some theory about them in the first lessons of the year: Do you remember what phrasal verbs are and their structure?
Just to warm up, complete the jokes with the verbs from the chart.
In this vocabulary unit you have a set of exercises regardin phrasal verbs. Again, I recomend watching the video to help you with the theory and to make clear the homework you have to submit.
Homework 2: Pick at least 3 quuestions of exercise 4 and answer them using phrasal verbs. You can answer them individually or try and make a parragraph. Send a voice message!
