👀 EXERCISE 1: DISCUSSION

Try to answer the following questions. Practise talking for about a minute making sure you use some useful expressions from last class, such as LANDMARK, HOLD, TAKE PART, FOREIGN, etc. 
Write your comments in the comments box 👇below if you want to share your experiences with your classmates.

• Have you ever been abroad? 
• Talk about your favourite celebration in Argentina / San Luis.
• Is it common in this town to talk to complete strangers in the street?

👀 EXERCISE 2: GRAMMAR REVISION - Present Simple VS Present Continuous

Are the following sentences grammatically correct? If not, what's the problem? Correct any incorrect ones.

1. The sun is rising in the east and setting in the west.
2. We hold a protest at the moment.

• John is looking like his brother - they're very similar.
